We ask that you please understand that when a client does not arrive for an appointment, or cancels with less than 48 hours notice, our stylist’s have limited opportunity to rebook the appointment.

Stylists work on a commission pay structure, what this means, quite literally, time is money! Our dedicated team has invested their time and energy into their craft to provide a top tier experience for you! We ask that you re-pay them by being on time or cancelling your appointment with appropriate notice to avoid any unwanted charges! 

We promise to do our part and notify you multiple times outside of this window so you have plenty of preparation! 

(Please note that ALL appointments require a credit card upon booking. No show or cancellations on the day of appointments are subject to a 100% charge. If you are more than 20 minutes late you WILL be considered a missed appointment)

Space is limited so we ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment unless it is a bridal service.
